The first time we called in desperation after 2 other companies failed to clear a pesky stoppage that prevented kitchen sink use for 3 days. Xpress One had it cleared within 15 minutes of arrival. Of course we called when we later experienced a main line stoppage. Xpress One hydrojetted for a great price and quoted on the sewer line replacement which was long overdue. After getting 2 other comparison quotes, Xpress One not only offered the best price but sent the awesome duo, Greg and Frank (from the commercial) the next day who got labor intensive job done quickly. They are also very friendly and polite and we confidently recommend this company for all plumbing needs. Thanks to John, Greg and Frank!!!

 THIS COMPANY PROVIDES HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO REPAIR MY WATER HEATER, WHICH THEY INSTALLED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE BACK THE NEXT MORNING AT 7:30 A.M. ITS BEEN TWO DAYS, I HAVE NOT SEEN OR HEARD FROM THEM. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE AT LEAST SIXTEEN TIMES, AND LEFT FOUR MESSAGES. THEY HAVE AS YET TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS, OR REPAIR MY WATER HEATER. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEIR LICENSE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

 I am very grateful for your excellent services. Your phone line is open all night long, 24 hours a day, and your response is very professional and prompt. I have only had good experience with your technician. In particular, Oscar, who immediately returned my telephone call and arrived and arranged for the replacement of a defective boiler. These things give me a headache and I am very happy there is someone like you out there - reliable, exact, professional, with whom one does not have to be afraid to be at home alone or be defrauded. I want to comment on the excellent service I rec'd from especially Oscar (402) who solved some major plumbing problems. He was conscientious and courteous throughout, always describing in detail what needed to be done and went beyond the call of duty in vixing additional problems that came up and did a thorough cleanup after. I was impressed with your other employees also - Manny, Greg and Frank -also courteous and helpful as was your office staff Erica and Wendy. I am happy my son found you on the Internet. You are lucky to have such great employees. Good luck.

I just wanted to thank you. Frank came out to my yoga studio about two weeks ago and corrected a simple problem we had with our water filter. He and his assistant Greg knew exactly what to do and Frank also gave me a quote for a Everhot system of which I will probably have him install soon.
